Completed the Nemesis achievement for Delves and never received “Zek’vir’s Raptorial Spine”.
Support told me to message here to see if others had any similar issues and have been able to resolve on their own.
I believe this is looted off his corpse, rather than being automatically unlocked. That is my memory of it, though it has been a while
For future reference:
It is indeed not tied to the achievement, and is looted off his corpse.
If you accidentally sell it you can item restore. Luckily the GM was able to pin point which day I sold it and I was able to find it quickly.
