Neltharus is the worst dungeon of the expansion

Change my mind…

Here are reasons why it’s terrible:

  1. Longest dungeon outside of Brackenhide Hollow, but not nearly as visually varied or colorful as Brackenhide.

  2. Overly difficult in both Tyrannical and Fortified in high keys.

  3. Mobs and bosses are giant which makes it hard to see their “GOTCHA” one shot abilities, frontals, and cones when gathering the trash up in packs.

  4. The Qalashi are some of the most ugliest looking new races outside of the new Centuar redesign in this entire expansion. They make Maldraxxians look like handsome, beautiful supermodels. They are also some of the worst, uncompelling villains of any expansion with terrible voice acting to boot.

You’re crazy, Neltharus might be my favorite one out of the current M+ season.

Neltharion’s lair is the one that’s a horrible mess.

Halls Of Infusion? I guess being that the highest key I’ve managed thus far is 11, I’m not there yet, but HoI can die.

All frogs are on-sight; I don’t care if they claim the Curious Swoggles or not- EVERYBODY CROAKS; EVERYBODY DIES!!

I hate this plz give us small hallways and normie mobs! Tol Dagor <3

Dragonflight Dungeons in general are just awful like hate halls of infusion as healer with that damn wave bridge thing hate it even more as tank.

My least favorite is halls of infusion because I find the gauntlet before the last boss annoying.

Other than that the DF dungeons have been pretty fun.

I actually kind of like Neltharus, it has chonky trash that makes aoe fun. Un nerfed magma mammoth and sargha were legit nightmare though. After nerfs they are easy unless you like… lack hands… Actually im sure there’s some gigachad gamer somewhere that can smash m+ with his feet or something lol.

Still nothing compared to Ruby Life Pools.

Which I actually like conceptually and in terms of art style.

Was just so overturned at the outset, lol.

Halls of Infusion exists.

Poorly designed bosses, some really weirdly designed trash, poorly thought out way of running back instead of checkpoints, and a miniboss that is honestly harder than the damned boss it stands in front of once you’re up to a decent key level.

Can’t mention name on forums for obvious reasons, but I know and speak with a guy occasionally who tanks Mythic. He has no hands. Uses the stumps at his elbows and his feet.

Pretty incredible the ways people can move forward and work through complications when they set their mind to it.

Give it to me straight doc, are they cutting edge? If they are it’s probably curtains for me in this game XD

I don’t know if they kept going after BFA, but yep, CE tank.

The only M+ dungeon right now that I feel is too long is Uldaman. That dungeon really should end around 5 rooms sooner than it actually does.

Neltharus went from being my least favorite dungeon, to my favorite after they fixed the chain Bug so we can actually use them.

Ok bfa ce I managed to get, so I’m at least somewhat comparable to a guy without hands… Not a benchmark I thought I’d find myself happy with but life is full of surprises lol.

I don’t trust a single halls of infusion run ever. the dodge-running along the bridges seems to shut people’s higher thinking off.

I like neltharus and hoi a lot. Uldaman and Freehold are my least favorites. They just aren’t as interesting to me. Difficulty wise i think this season is in a great spot.

Uldaman is the dungeon in s2 for me that I will only begrudgingly go into if I need to. something about it exhausts me and really makes me wish I wasn’t there the moment I zone in.

Imagine these dungeons with a seasonal affix that was miserable.
