After buying my Neltharion’s Trinket with my Bullion this morning, I have been dissapointed to see the primary stat gain to be wrong.
At 493 ilvl, this should give me 697 intellect per stack but in reality, both from the tooltip and looking at my actual stat value, it’s only giving me 348 intellect per stack (which is similar to an ilvl 431 from season 2)

I think this item is all bugged out right now , i did many test on the dummy after getting it and when i go over the first 2 stack it start to calculate half of the stats instead of the full stats.
trinket ilvl is 522 so it say 912 per stack . the wrong number is not only display on the proc icon but also on the caracter tab . I did run 4-5 time each stack and here are the result
1 stack = 913 agility
2 stack = 1825 agility
3 stack = 1369 or 2738 agility
4 stack = 1825 or 3650 agility
5 stack = 2281 agility
6 stack = 2738 agility
7 stack = 3194 agility
8 stack = 3650 agility
9 stack = 4107 agility
10 stack = 4563 or 9126 agility
