RNG graced me with a 437 Nelths Call to Dominance.
I usually run GotC in raids ( I get innervates and Evoker mana buff ) and can maybe get an average of 3-5ish of the trinket’s stacks in the 1 min window before the next celestial. WoW head guide for trinkets for MW states that " it gains full value every time" which isn’t entirely true with GotC, and m+ where you need to celestial more frequently.
Should I be using it every 1 min celestial with whatever stacks I have ( assuming incoming damage requires it every min ) - or should I wait till we have full stacks? I know we wont always need to Celestial every min so stacks will vary depending on mechanics. Should I just swap to Jade Bond to maybe and always pop at 10 stacks? Is there an ideal way to spend those 10 seconds 0 or just go into normal celestial rotation?
( 5 stacks gives me around 4500 int for 10s, 10 stacks gives me around 9000+ int for 10s , full stacks basically doubles your int for 10s )
Puts me at 30% haste, which allows me to food and rune other stats that was used before to bump me to 30%. ( it gives around 3% haste )
Other trinkets are broods 411, chillglobe 402 w/ avoidance, mote of sanc 421 w/ speed. S1 was not kind to me trinket wise.
Assuming for M+ we would still just use Celestial when we need it and take it with whatever stacks it is at ( with GOTC ), wondering about raids mostly.
