You don’t understand Chellybee… Elune’s might is too powerful for any mere mortal to survive!
They trashed Elune so hard in this expansion. I half expected that burning of Teldrassil to be a Sylvanas starts the attack and Elune comes out of nowhere and slaps the crap out of her.
I wanted Elune to unleash her full fury. I’m talking about the big guns. I’m talking about the Furlbog tribes, the wildkin, the trees, the wisps, the ENTIRE FOREST AND EVERYTHING IN IT against Sylvanas.
Eyep. Any mediocre writer knows that when you create a storyline that backs someone (a character, a race, a faction, etc) into a corner… you then create scenarios for how to get out of that corner and look at the consequences to see if it’s worth it or if it should go another way.
It’s like a bunch of grade school kids wrote this and no one taught them the basics of story arcs.
What is horrifying is that they are going to force new players to play BFA only and refuse to let them play other expansions if they create their first character.
You should see reddit. It’s full of generic Horde tattoo posts which cover pretty much every part of your body which garners upvotes faster than a official Blizzard announcement.
I’m very interested to see Tyrande’s story in Shadowlands. I hold out hope she meets Broxigar, but I know she won’t.
I think another issue is… I’m fine with the Horde and Alliance having relations with each other. But I don’t like Anduin, he’s too goodie goodie. I like Varian better.
So since Anduin is goodie goodie, they’re forcing Tyrande into a bad light because she’s seen as abandoning the alliance by trying to defend her home.
I wish they would have the heads of the faction be extreme like Sylvanas. But leave the other leaders with the ability to blur faction lines, like Baine.
