Were those falsely advertised as a secret wow patch then only gave us a separate game?
Oh yeah? Even though your not using your actual character or class abilities? Whatever Trollham, you purposely being obtuse, waste someone elses energy. Im not responding to you anymore
Where is this baseless accusations of advertising when I watched the trailer it said separate game mode.
But not the separate game itself. So you lied.
No you can’t.
Want me to bubble and kill you in plunder would that make you like the mode?
People who aren’t raiders found out after subbing for this new surprise content that it wasn’t anything they wanted to play. There are lots of people who aren’t raiders. I’m not a raider, but I consider this a waste of time, and I have plenty to do. I can see why some people might be upset about finding out what they paid for.
The trailer that wasn’t released until patch day? That trailer?
Not a lie you asked if you could access the mode my answer was yes and technically you can. You can talk to the same npc in valdraken inn and access your renown.
No, technically you cannot. I cannot play plunderstorm while I’m logged into my wow character. Stop saying you can.
But not the game.
If they had said “Large scale PvP event for 10.2.6” they would have had people pointing out PvP hasn’t been above 10% participation in like 3 expansions, and making the ENTIRE patch be PvP is disregarding 90%+ of their playerbase.
Its funny how other people easily forget things that are disproportionally relevant in your own mind.
Remember, to date there are no known cases of a solipsist being correct.
I have honestly never seen people complain about something so optionally irrelevant before. If you don’t like it don’t play it why is that such a difficult concept. If that bothers you maybe this game has to much of a grip on you.
If you want your transmog set shut up do the grind and never touch it again.
It was falsely advertised.
The game should have at least been announced as a PvP feature so that PvE only players wouldn’t have been let down as hard as there were. That was a mistake on Blizzard’s end.
That being said, anyone putting themselves through Plunderstorm despite hating it enough to complain deserve the pain. The transmog and laughably low amount of “player power” handed out aren’t mandatory by any means.
Provide me some proof and I will consider this until then i don’t care.
Was advertised as a wow patch, it didn’t change or update anything within wow.
Those who are wrong rarely do.
Do you really think that is at all related or relevant? You generally make high quality posts and I respect your opinion on lots of topics, but this feels like you’re just lashing and grasping.
Not at all in the context of what I was saying.
This isn’t WoW. This isn’t even WoW PvP. There are no healers. There are no tanks. Everyone is a DPS with a completely random set of powers each time you play that you get at random from killing PvE mobs, or from chests or from killing players. None of these powers are in World of Warcraft in the same manner they are in this game. Other than looking like an Orc or another WoW race and it being on a WoW map there is nothing in this event that connects it to the MMO WoW. So its not even a WoW game mode. It’s a separate game like Rumble or HotS or Hearthstone that just has the small convenience of letting you log in to it from WoW. Your Bnet chat isn’t even connected to this game. Its like the Call of Duty event with Lilith and Inarius skins. Just because they are in CoD doesn’t make it a Diablo 4 mode. And then the worst part is they literally listed it on the World of Warcraft road map as a WoW patch with WoW content. I’m sorry but no matter how hard you try to spin this you are playing a completely different genre of game that has no connection to the game it was advertised outside a WoW coat of paint for rewards in a game you pay a sub for.
You are saying this but providing zero evidence to back your claim. Falsely advertising something and you interpreting it incorrectly are ASTRONOMICALLY different things.
You mean he actually played a game himself instead of just having his staff do it? Huh.
