At one point, I went to check the trader’s post and had more points than I remembered having. I didn’t consider it much, and just bought some new cosmetics. Next time I signed in, I had a whopping -1975 trader’s tender.

Same thing happened to me and I can’t find a section in Support to submit this. Now that it’s December, I only got 225 tender.

Both my wife and I are having this same issue. Negative tenders and the objectives are missing or not displaying correctly.
I had over 350+ tender. I got 100 from doing the adventure log and after that it stated i had -150.

you would think blizzard would take notice and fix this problem

I am the same I lost 500 tenders.
The say it is balance recalculate catch up from over spending.
I never over spent. and for it to be 500 tenders lost. I think likely the 500 bonus from purchase of dragon flight applied retroactively was removed.
500 tenders again… yup they removed 500 tenders from us.
I see a pattern of 500 tenders lost from a limited group of people. I’ve looked into my balances as much as I can reconstruct.
And do believe I do believe balance change is a visual catch up by the system as stated by Blizzard CS’s. But that this error in balance is triggered by a historical balance error not of player cause.
Most likely the removal of the 500 tenders that was retroactively applied in January 2023 to accounts who purchase of Dragon Flight.
Same here. I was listed at -300 for a while last month, then I noticed it changed to -250 the other day. This morning I collect my 500 tenders from the trader chest, and I look at my balance and it is only +250 instead of +500.
No tenders for activities last month. So, I only had 725 left over from the combination of the months of November and December. Went to the trading post this morning, got no tenders. Still only at 725. Don’t bother trying to get a resolution, didn’t work for me.
