It’s been 45 minutes since we wiped to a Nefarian black run, and he is not respawning. Other raids in the zone report the same issue.

Update, 1 hour 10 minutes no respawn.

1:45 since wipe still no respawn
Over 2 hours since wipe and he didnt respawn. Thing is cooked
Found a solution.
All raid must log out and get an alt to reset the instance, after that Nef will respawn.
This, it resets on a soft reset it seems. So leave and go do Molten Core and come back with 0 people inside during that time, or do the everyone log out and have an unsaved alt with party lead reset the instance
