If you are going to get replaced in your raid only because of your spec, than your raid is the problem and not the spec. Getting mad at the balance situation of your class is such a false crusade to go on. Your group does not respect you, the time you’ve set aside to show up, the consumables you’ve prepared and shown up with, or the performance you have been working on and improving in. They don’t respect your subscription fee. They don’t respect you. They want a ranking on a website.
Do yourselves a favor, play your low ranking dps in a group that wants to show up to raid night, pew pew, and collect some loot. Even if you were successful in getting a buff, you just put a different spec/class in your same position, and how mature you will be to cast them away immediately and call them underperforming and waste of a space next to you in raid.
Be happy to play the best you can, compare your next performance to your last, and make some memories with some friends along the way before you find yourself so far up your own rear that everything stinks no matter what you do.
