i took a 10 yr break from WoW then saw the Void Elf class & got a 6 month sub. just the play a void elf. i made a 110 boost lock human so i can goto Agrus & do reputaion quest but cannot get the argus no clue how. i was told i need to do Region quest line first but cannot get to a legion area to start rep quests there. i cannot get any help on what NPC will start legion or Argus quest or even how to get there. What portal in SW or IF to i take? i just want to play a void elf but just started playing so i don’t have any reputation with anyone. Please help new to game need details on locations of NPC or Portals anything i need. TYVM!!!

Note:
Must do Broken Shore scenario to get to Argus
It is intended that alt characters can skip the Broken Shore scenario, as long as another character on your account has completed it.
So… what people may be seeing in regards to having to complete the scenario likely means they haven’t completed it on at least one character. To make sure this activates for your alts, you will need to have logged into your main character, or one that has complete the Broken Shore scenario, after the launch of 7.3.
Once you’ve logged in with a character who has completed the scenario, you will be able to speak with Khadgar at Krasus’ Landing and accept the
Assault on Broken Shore quest.
Khadgar should have an option to skip the scenario when you next speak with him, then you will need to turn in the quest and finally return to Dalaran (via Hearthstone or otherwise) to receive your Argus introduction quest.
It’s technically locked behind Broken Shore, but is able to be skipped on every character after the first. Khadgar at Krasus’ Landing in Dalaran should offer you a quest for the Broken Shore when you hit 110, if you didn’t receive it automatically.

i know all the requirements, i but in several tickets the GM say they cannot tell me where the quests are, so they rather leave me in frustration, aggravation pissed off that i cancel my account rather then helping me so i can enjoy the game fr years!!! i read all wowhead the GM sent a link that i cannot find the stared npc or some item from an altar. they don’t tell you what alter or where it is at so i have no clue where to get it. another wowhead link says find Khadgar in Dalaran at the Violet Citidel but he is not there or at the flight path or anywhere in that zone. i spent days of looking, running around trying to find the started quest spending hours & days accomplishing Nothing at all wasting my time with no help at all. i had many suggestions lead to dead ends. all i want is to play a Void Elf & that seam impossible.
Have you done your artifact weapon quest? You’ll need to do that because it is the “official” start of legion than khadgar should appear and you do the rest.

Balinda, go to Dalaran. Like Dearbrother said, if you haven’t done the artifact questline, the NPC that introduces you to the quest should appear shortly after you get into the city. Do the artifact questline until you get your artifact and establish your order hall.
After that, go to Khadgar in the Violet Citadel in Dalaran. He will have all the max-level questlines offered. Choose the Broken Shore one and go to Krasus Landing (in Dalaran), where you start the cinematic/scenario to unlock the Broken Shore.
Ok, once the BS is unlocked, return to Khadgar again and he should have the Argus questline available.
I’m taking things from memory, so some details may be off, but that’s essentially it.

The starting quest is in Dal. It right near alliance. Can not remember which of the five give though. You also need to get that one to 120.
no clue what the artifact weapon quest is. i am new took 10 years off all my toons have been deleted. the only quest i did is Assult on Lorderon or something like that. TYVM Dearbrother much appreciated!!! no clue where or how to get the artifact weapon quest!!! Alliance

There is a fourth hidden item requiring Stage 6, 7, or 8 of the Broken Shore for Alliance: Alaina’s Bonnet

if you’re playing your lock the quests should say something like, Ulthalesh for Affliction spec, Scepter of Sargeras for Destruction Spec or Skull of the Man’ari for Demo spec.
That will led you to the underground warlock garrison in the nether.
To get to Argus it’s called the Hand of Fate
Before you can start this you need to complete
Armies of Legionfall quest
Assault of the Broken shore
Uniting the isles

If you haven’t gotten your artifact weapon or opened your order hall yet go to Legion Dalaran and head into the sewers using the entrance by the Violet Citadel. There will be a Gnome lock down there with a quest for you. That quest line will open up your order hall and lead to the quest to get your artifact weapon.
