Need to know name of add-on Asmongold uses that shows mounts inside salvage crates

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRtTpv_pnbc

When he hovers over a salvage crate it shows the mounts possible. Which add-on is that. It’s not Rarity which I thought it was.

I’m just throwing some assumptions here so correct me someone if i’m wrong;

But I assume it’s either “All the things.” Or “Bagnon.”

All the things is a collection tracker addon, and bagnon is a bag and item info addon.

I think it’s this one, too.

I’m waiting to see this thread get flagged because Asmon was mentioned.

That would be pretty hardcore hate. I just want to know the name of the add-on and every google search I’ve tried has failed. I’ll try “All the things” thanks.

To be fair, i’d have to imagine that the vast majority of his fanbase knows exactly how he’s perceived here so just coming here and linking one of his videos under the guise of a legitimate question would often be seen as just advertising or trolling.

Well, it’s not so much a matter of hate as far as I know, as a rule on the forum against mentioning other players names without it being a proper quote.

Like if you just made a post that asks what addons Racquel-KirinTor uses, that would be a no no.

i totally agree.

I don’t understand peoples’ infantile response to Asmon or their insipid need to flag everything they disagree with…

It’s the divisive world we live in nowadays.

Oh is he actually hated as a Twitch/Youtuber or something? I have no idea who he even is.

Personally, I like the guy.

I don’t agree with everything he says like a mindless drone; but he brings up valid arguments and discussions, often.

The only thing I dislike about him is his salty language.

Oh, they hate, and they hate well. They will flag you for associating or mentioning someone they disapprove of, then go into another thread and complain about how people aren’t tolerant and compassionate.

He’s WoWs biggest content creator. Typically streams the game to an average viewership of 40-50 thousand people.

Outside the WoW community and the general gaming community he’s “The WoW guy.”

So very true!

Back when classic was doing name reservations, people who hated him were trashtalking about taking his name on reddit, but he had like 50,000 followers manage to secure his name on every server for him. Then guilds talked about their determination to camp/kill him everywhere, but he never played under the asmongold name. Pretty sure I saw things like asmomage on /who a time or two that may or may not have been him.

Anyway, he’s a millionaire youtuber with a Trumpian sidekick, I heard about a hot girlfriend but not seen her, and house seems nice. He’s a little gritty though too - blowing his nose and inspecting the tissue on camera, step away to take a leak and you hear him leaking off-camera, etc. I’ve seen a few of his videos and he seems pretty amicable and reasonably skilled. He’s also one of about a hundred youtubers who contributed to Sharm’s ‘holding out for a healer’ parody video. Also does a reaction to a Craneus ‘don’t make me get my main’ parody video that he only saw like 10 years after Craneus quit making videos. (So I’m plugging Sharm and Craneus music videos really - they’re all pretty damn awesome. I don’t think Craneus played since vanilla, but Sharm has Legion stuff in holding out for a healer.)

Is there any other kind on youtube?

You mentioned the forbidden name OP. You’re in for a ride.

it was all the things. though that addon is a bit of a resource hog, I know asmon toggles it on and off depending on what he’s doing, and I’d suggest doing the same.

Literally this is the sole reason people hate. The guy tries to make a living of making wow relevant and people can’t take it. lol

Those who dislike him should probably check out ZackRawr (his other channel), there are some great takes and it’s not his streaming “personality”.

There are a few reasons people actually hate him, one being the whole MoonGuard project 60 incident. However, he has changed his perspective on roleplay a lot since that time and most likely realizes being that toxic and rude towards roleplayers wasn’t his best of moments. I don’t understand anyone who holds a grudge because of that. Then there are people who don’t like his sarcasm and streaming persona but still seems a bit much to hold so much hatred for someone you don’t need to watch.

Isn’t it possible to like part of the content a streamer puts out and feel totally bored by their other content? I like his his mog contests and mount offs but I find most of his other stuff kinda meh. He shines when in “showman manipulating his adulating audience” mode, but I find his takes on other streamers and youtubers and his “deep thoughts” sort of meh. Also, it’s like he enjoys tormenting his sidekick guy which is sort of weird.
