Man i cant grind these to0 boring, theres only 2 mounts i need from visions, and the new visions dont even feel like old ones… gonna have to skip lol

Put on some music and turn doing visions into a speed run contest and time yourself doing all objectives.

Tying a purpose to something usually grants motivation.
And music is nice
And putting a timer on a task usually makes completing the task un-fun.

I vary my suggestion by what the OP is asking.
If they’d just said ‘not feeling it should I do it? I’d pretty much say what you are.
They said they were looking for motivation so I suggested what I’d do for myself if I was aiming for a WoW goal I was kinda feeling bored on but I wanted.
