This is the one I used for my Vulpera. Hope it helps.

Get a drinky bird and bind all keys to Chain Heal.

In all seriousness though, for the absolute basics: keep Riptides rolling and throw down Healing Rain and Healing Stream Totems whenever they’re up (yes, Cloudburst Totem has the potential to heal for more, but you have to micromanage that and if you’re just starting out that can be a bit much). Refresh Earth Shield when it gets low. You’ll get a lot of passive Chain Heals with Totemic. Chain Heal/Healing Surge for filler.

I would suggest some type of healing addon to help you keep track of everything. Who has Riptide and time left on it, stacks of Earth Shield, etc. I prefer Vuhdo, but there are others out there, and you can even customize the Blizzard ui if you’re really against addons.

Obviously, there are a lot more CDs and spells in your toolkit and you’ll want to learn about them and use them, but the basic idea above will see you through 80-90% of beginner content just fine. Once you get comfortable with the basics, start working in more spells and CDs. That way you don’t get overwhelmed by the sheer number of abilities in the resto toolkit. That can be detrimental when you’re new to the spec and is one of the biggest beginner mistakes I see.
