My team is rated 2014, one of the people on the team is 1850 (below the required 150) but still has over 30% games played for this week and the last.
On Tuesday does he get ZERO points because he’s not within the 150 or does he get points based on his personal rating of the team?

If hes over 150 points under the team rating, then he will get points based off of his personal rating. If hes within 150 points of team rating, then he will get points based on the team rating. Just get the arena point calculator addon and it shows you exactly what you are getting based on the current situation. It factors all of the above in, and even checks the 30%
