Need more Int 2-handers!

No really, they need to stop with this nonsense. Just add Intellect 2 handed weapons into the higher end loot tables.

I use a Holy build using 2-handers and such as a DPS/Support healer type. But one of the reasons I don’t bother going any higher in well, anything is because I’m stuck with this world quest two-hander. I refuse to stray from my WC3 Paladin style!

Really fun playstyle and no, I don’t use Glimmer. Just want mah 2-handed JUSTICE!

I didnt know there were any int 2hers pally could use?

Sometimes you might get polearms with intellect on them from WQ.

I’m pretty neutral on the whole 2H-versus-1H thing for Holy, myself, but I do generally think it’s good for the game to have variety in it, visually and mechancially. And having both 2H weapons with +int and 1H weapons with +int is a good thing.

Who else would be able to use a 2H polearm or mace or axe with +int on it, though? Are restoration shaman allowed to use 2H maces and axes?

Boomkin + Resto Druids, Ele + Resto Shaman, Holy Paladins can all use 2H int maces; five very popular specs, which is more than some weapon types offer.

It would be nice for the sake of variety, even if the gameplay / performance difference is small.

At least we can transmog into our Legion hammer!

I know people don’t really like the game being “dumbed down” so much, but I do feel that one thing they could do is make weapons be multi-stat like shields and armor are. Have a big two-hander with strength? It switches to an appropriate amount of intellect if you go Holy!

I prefer the sword and board style of holy personally, however if you like 2 handers you can just mog to the holy artifact (which also comes with a libram), not gonna get any closer to the WC3 era Paladins than that.

This was so jarring when I noticed it. So many items have switchable stats, but not dps 2 handers.

I guess it is because of damage numbers? Loot table reasons? I don’t really understand why.

Weapons don’t have dynamic stats, period.

For whatever reason, that’s a decision that Blizzard made for BFA. I guess they wanted to make weapon drops feel more impactful.

Oh hey, look at that! They put in a 7th Legion 2 handed hammer for Holy. Good for you Blizzard! Now just to do something about this Beacon of Light graphic…
