What i am looking for is a addon that will help me roll our loot when i link it atm with personal loot people are handing me loot that they dont need i am puting it up for roll looking for a addon that will help link / track winners
Try out “Looting Rules” on curseforge or the twitch client
There is RCLootCouncil addon that makes it like there’s no personal loot at all. But entire raid must use it.

RC loot council will work for that. It will also allow you to see what that person is wearing in the slot they are rolling for to give everyone rolling a fair chance at an upgrade.
To be fair, the add on asks first if you want to keep an item and it’s up to you if you want to give it up or not.
It makes it easier on my group so we arent spending 15 minutes after every boss trying to distribute unwanted gear. Once an hour at break time, we put the rolls up and it takes like 5 minutes to complete.
well, it can’t just remove personal loot as mechanic, no one can just take away item if you refuse to give it away 
It’s pretty much just an illusion of lootcouncil, you always can kick people who refuse to follow established rules
Of course, but that may be a blessing in disguise anyway. If you are in a guild that does that, it’s not a good guild to be in.
