Thanks for the assist. I have a few professions and I was trying to collect the Zaralek knowledge points for each… Unfortunately they are not showing up for any off my toons. Am I doing something wrong? Did I miss a questline some place? I’m max faction with all groups in Dragonflight if that helps?
Did you do the intro quest chain/scenario on each character? And the travel back and forth introduction to Bartering questline on each character?
Yes I have… I’ve done all faction questlines. Though I may have done the optional skip for the questlines concerning the artisan consortium. Even still, I have collected all of the other treasure knowledge points in the main zones… I just can’t pick any up in the caverns.
So, thinking we may be talking about two different things.
If you cannot see the four books on Ponzo, submit a ticket as that is an issue known to affect lots of people.
For the random treasures around the cavern:
If are you flying around trying to find them, fly lower. The mini-map radar is doing some really funky things with range in Zaralek Caverns. I ended up having to fly closer to the ground (and slower) to get them to appear on my mini-map.
If you are flying to coordinates and they are not there, submit a ticket.
thanks yeah. it is the treasure items scattered in the cavern… i can’t see any of them and i’m at the coordinates
what skill level is your profession?
max on both tailoring and blacksmithing
if that’s the case then you may just have to file a bug report in game and hope they fix it. All of my alts were able to fly directly down into ZC and they could see the items and collect them.
There’s some sort of macro you can usually do to see if the game thinks you have collected the item or not. Something like checking if a quest is completed (most items have a hidden quest associated with them). I don’t recall the macro offhand, but I’m sure you could find it with some googling or looking at some wowhead comments on some of the items.
