Need help with my Twitch Drops [Resolved]

EDIT: Resolved! Thank you everyone that helped.

Hi folks.
I’m having trouble claiming my twitch drop rewards and getting them in game. I asked this question in another forum but there was no help.

So I’ve watched the twitch streams and even claimed the rewards:

I also confirmed on the Blizz side that my account is connected, but I don’t see the rewards in game. I know the Feldrake thing just happened, but the Dragonkite Pet has been claimed 14 days ago and it’s still not visible in game.

Is there anything else I need to do?

Are you sure? From your screenshot it doesn’t look like Twitch knows that you’re connected. Mine has a checkmark under the drop claims.

Very carefully look under your Collections tab (Mounts in this case).

Little present box you open should be at the top of that menu that lists your known mounts. It will be even above your (Favorites).

They do this now with store items as well.

Also note. Twitch lists Battlenet differently then Amazon Gaming or others. Battlenet when connected…is at the bottom of screen under Settings>Connections tab>Other Connections.

Amazon shows up nicely up top in Twitch for me and also on Amazon connections. Bnet is at bottom. So make sure it shows. You can get the rewards and still not be properly synced I believe.

When I click on connect it takes me to battle.net and it says i’m connected to my battlenet id.

This is what battle.net side shows:

Yep checked this too :frowning: nothing so far.

In your first pic. It says “Connect”.

I am a twitch noob. But when I collected my mount it said…“claim” not “connect”.

I connected my account a few days prior to launch. It MAY be game server issues carrying over to the loot drop/crate

I even went in and enable Loot Drops in Twitch on the creators panel thinking it affected things on the receiving end. That would be Creator Dashboard>Viewer Rewards>Drops> Enable Drops

Like I say… Noob to Twitch LOL

It should not say “connect”.
It should be a “Redeem” button, which once redeemed becomes a checkmark.

Are you 100% sure you’re logged into the account you’ve linked?

Maybe try logging out of Twitch and back in.

On twitch:

Click your circle profile pic (top right)
Settings
Along the top menu, hit Connections
(https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections)
Scroll down to “Other Connections”
Blizzard should be there

If Battle Net is showing up under Settings>Connections tab>Other Connections. (At bottom of the page) and is showing as your other pic shows the link success on Battlenet home connections page.

Its either server issue or connection issue (Especially if you linked right at launch as it may tie into login and authentication servers)

“Redeem” is the word. I used “claim” in my reply.

Either way. I did not see “connect” like that on mine at all.

Remove twitch from your battle net and re add it. Had dragon kite pet not show up for 5 days. Re-linked my accounts and i had it in a couple minutes

Hey! I had this issue before, it was because I had prior connected my twitch account to my battle account, however I changed my battle accounts password, so the link became invalid

So just delink and relink it from blizzard side/twitch :sunglasses:

The 14 day cooldown won’t happen as long as it’s the same twitch account!

Thank you each and everyone that helped! I think disconnecting and reconnecting seemed to work. Maybe it was a recent password change, or just a hiccup.

So I am “officially” connected as of now. It shows a green check mark under the items on the twitch side. I guess I will wait a few days for it to kick in.

Thanks again.

I need to try this. I linked weeks before but haven’t received drops. Hopefully that solves it when I get home.
