If you were a frost DK, and you could choose between Anub arash mandible 626, or a random 619 weapon and a crafted 636 weapon, which would you choose?
Sim both to see which is better. If you’re doing PVE, the DW combo is probably going to be better DPS, but, unless you’re at the cutting edge of content, just use whichever you prefer.

What are the stats on the crafted and is either Embellished with Ascension plus doubled by another crafted item? As mentioned above dual wield Frost is slightly higher consistent dps due to the faster rate of auto attacks giving more free Oblit crits, but 2h will sometimes produce bigger single hit crits and can produce serious burst which is great for priority targets and sorta just fun to see big crits ngl. It’s honestly not a bad idea to have multiple builds that are content/scenario dependant including one for 2h and one for dual wield. You could also keep the 2h for a Blood set.
