I’m a returning player and currently doing Dragon Flight content. My quest log says my next step is to accept the quest Sharp Practice. I looked on wow head and it says the quest is from Wrathion in the obsidian bulwark.
I’m here at the bulwark but Wrathion is no where to be found. What am I missing?
