Hey I boosted my guy to 120 a while back. Here’s my progress. I can’t find the quest to start armies of legionfall…I’m totally lost on what to do right now. First and foremost, turn on the filter to show trivial quests at the top right by your minimap (you know where you can set it to show herbs/minerals/mailbox etc…). Check your class hall and do all the available quests for your artifact/class hall if you already haven’t. You’ll also need to pick up the quest “A Falling Star” from Khadgar in the Violet Citadel. This quest chain will set you up to complete the Legionfall stuff to get your mount.
When I leveled my paladin to 110 I had been doing the class hall/artifact stuff but never did A Falling Star quest which pretty much stopped my progression. After lots of digging on the forums I found that that’s what I was missing. Hope this helps mate. Best of luck obtaining your steed.

Thanks guys for responding to my post! K, I boosted my guy and leveled him to 120 first before i started to begin my search for my class mount I believe. I checked with Khadgar and he didn’t have that questline available. I am wondering if it is because I started at lvl 110? I have my filters on to show low level quests also and I don’t see anything in my class hall. I believe it might have to do with my flying mount maybe too? The achievements there? In order to get my last artifact knowledge on the tree I need Armies of legionfall completed…Also I have completed all three scenarios for the paladin classes too.

I highly recommend flying down to the Broken Shore and seeing if there are any quests available there. That should do the trick although i’m surprised that there are no quests in your order hall (Were you able to complete any?)
Yes I was able to complete a few I think … My memory is foggy thought right now …Broken Shore doesn’t offer any. I keep thinking that I need to recruit my last order hall class champion…which requires me to finnish armies of legionfall but I’m also thinking that I need to get flying done I don’t have flying yet in Legion maybe? Anyway I’m still here…
Just to recap, you’re a fresh character, boosted. You went to your class order hall and there’s no quests at all, nor have you completed any order hall quests beyond obtaining at least 1 of your artifact weapons? You should have been given a few quests after obtaining your artifact from your order hall.
If that’s the case, might be time to put in a ticket with Blizzard. Legion flying is not necessary for your mount. From everything i’ve gathered, the issue is stemming from your Order Hall.

Don’t mean to hijack but along the same lines how do you get the different color skins for the class mount? When I look on wowhead it says you have to make out an artifact weap. Is this still possible or does the vendor just sell you all 4 mounts now once you complete the quest?
There is a dwarf vendor near the mission board in the class hall. You can buy each of the spec specific color class mounts, as well as matching divine steed glyphs for order resources.
Back in legion, you would unlock a skin to buy with order hall resources from a guy in your class hall once you unlocked all of your artifact weapons traits. Each spec had a different skin. Try switching specs when you talk to the vendor, but im not sure how it works now that traits are disabled.
