The issue is: while playing World of Warcraft (WoW) things will be going fine and then suddenly the laptop will lock up/freeze/become unresponsive and seconds after that happens the laptop throws out the BSOD to me and then restarts. Doesn’t matter which character I am on or what part of the game I am in or anything. I have been in the login screen for WoW and got the BSOD or even in the Character selection screen and got the BSOD and then when I finally get to log into the game fully and play, sometimes its instant that I get the BSOD or it could be hours into playing before I get the BSOD, but it eventually does happen.
I am going to link to the Microsoft forums where I am also currently seeking help in hopes that anyone reading all this might be able to see the many steps I have already taken to try and fix this:

I am at a loss as to the cause or the reason. This has been going on for about three months now and I really NEED to figure out a way to fix this. I am BEGGING for help here. Legit begging. You can’t see it but I am on my hands and knees with my head bowed down forehead to the floor asking for one of you super smart tech types to help me find a solution that does not include a full wipe of the entire system. Please. Help me Obi-Wan, you are my only hope!!!
They skip over basic steps in that thread. Blizzard doesn’t support BSODs, but they do have a help doc for it here:
Sadly, the only time that my computer does have a BSOD incident is when I am playing with WoW, thus I believe this to be a Blizzard issue of some sort on some level even if they are disinclined to admit as such.

BSODs are caused by system issues, not game software. Did you try any of those steps or you’re not interested in troubleshooting further?

Howdy!
I will do my best to provide some insight here. The client’s occurrence errors are reporting error 132, at different and random places in-game during memory interaction, either when writing to or reading from memory. Given you also see blue screens this is from my experience with dealing with other players in this situation most often a hardware issue related to ram. That would be the most common reason or at least the first place to troubleshoot.
Bluescreens are beyond our scope of support we do not have any known bugs that are causing this type of error to occur. I did want to provide insight on what you could do on your own before reaching out to either the system manufacturer or local PC repair shop:
-
Run an extended memory scan either using Windows memtest or an advanced scan using: Memtest86
-
If you overclock the CPU, GPU or memory try reverting all changes to default. For memory, they may simply be turning off XMP profiling temporarily.
If you built this system recently or the ram is still under warranty, you may contact the memory manufacturer who can assist you with testing each stick one at a time to locate a bad stick of ram.
I hope this provides some additional insight. Thank you.

As I stated in my first post, I have spent a good two months now working on finding a solution to this issue. I have even posted the links to the Microsoft forums where I have taken dozens of steps to trouble shoot this issue with people who know windows inside and out, and even they have, after days/weeks of helping me take step after step, stated this isn’t a windows specific issue, at least not to the best of their abilities to ascertain.
I do want to trouble shoot this issue, very much so, and I am open to trying almost anything. I am not trying to come off rude or snarky, though people tend to take me that way so I apologize in advance if that is the case here as well.
I read over the link you posted, and I have already taken those steps provided fives times each, counting the previous attempts suggested from the Microsoft community as well as after you posted the link. No successes to speak of.
I have even gone as far as to reinstall WoW fully after uninstalling it fully and even went to as far as to reinstall windows fully. After the reinstall of both the WoW client and the Windows 10 OS, I even went to take steps to check the validity of my memory, the graphics card and then took steps to check the onboard graphics memory as well.
So far, the BSOD happens less now, but it still occurs while ONLY playing WoW.

First, tyvm for responding, I know you are all very busy and I appreciate the help and support.
I bought this laptop brand new directly from the company ASUS. It is an ASUS TUF Gaming A15. I do not overclock anything, mostly as I am afraid of wearing out the components faster and needing to upgrade sooner than I would be financially able to. So the CPU, GPU are both standard setup and speeds, no over or under clocking.
One of the first steps the microsoft community on the forums I posted had me do was run the meme test and both tests came back 100% fine.
I am about to call the manufacturer and ask for their support or a replacement laptop as this is and has been a very annoying issues to try and trouble shoot. I have spent 2 months now fighting with every possible solution possible I can think of to try and correct this, as well as every possible solution given to me.
If the BSOD was happening with other games or programs, I would immediately think hardware as well, but alas this only happens when I am playing WoW. I have tested this to the point of leaving games I play on STEAM running overnight while I sleep and wake up to find the games still running smoothly. Such games as Skyrim, Pathfinder Kingmaker, Mech Warrior Online, FFXIV, Elite Dangerous, Eve Online, and many others. All other games work fine on make settings with no lag, no BSOD and no lock ups/crashes. Yet I turn on the Blizzard launcher, open WoW, log into a character, and within 10 minutes or less, BSOD happens.
I know its something on my end, but I am at a wall as to what it is.

Did you try getting a memory dump reader and then looking through your memory dump logs?
In the three links posted that showed three different Microsoft Experts in the Microsoft forums, it was the first thing each expert asked for and I uploaded the dump files to each of them via the OneDrive account I have so they could see any and all dump files they requested.
there are two ways to reset windows (i know if people did a reset and did not fix the problem but)… one is reset windows and keep settings, apps, etc (fast).two is format the drive and install windows(slow) .what option did you take?. if reset windows and keep (settings apps etc )some setting, (file, app etc) maybe causing a problem
Ah, I couldn’t see those on my phone, but I see now.
I did a repair installation using the Media Creation Tool to reinstall windows while keeping my files intact. I also did a full clean install of windows and reinstalled WoW fully to see if that would fix the issue. Neither solution has worked.
What have you been using to monitor the temperatures? Can we see some screenshots of HWMonitor with all the components expanded?
I would also probably get the power supply tested, or the RAM. Those software-based RAM tests have a high failure rate.

The second link from the microsoft forums has the several steps we went through on the temps being a possibility. I downloaded and installed HWMonitor and it showed all temps to be within the proper ranges.
if people reinsalled windows, WoW, battle net, etc and still have problems they could go the nuke option … reinstall windows from dvd, usb or iso . and if they still have crashes. it might be a micoshaft or blizzard problem
So is that a no on sharing the screenshots?
I am thinking its a hardware issue now as now, within the last few days, the BSOD is happening at random times including but not limited to right after a full reboot.
I am not sure 100% however as the WhoCrash program I run tells me that its still driver based issues causing the crashes.
Sorry, should have been SS images in one of the links to the microsoft forums I posted, let me make some new ones and link via OneDrive.
Unless you know the program better and can tell me how to simply download/export the results and share them directly from the program that is.
Were those values taken during gaming or idle?
