Okay, I’m committing to regular (by that I mean nightly) RBG play on one toon or another.
I’ve had some limited success with running groups, but frankly I’m terrified of it. I only do it because running on other people’s groups I have about a 1/3 win rate and running in my own I have about double that.
This isn’t because I’m particularly good at calling strat in BGs and I don’t target call at all (I’m not only ranged, but a BM hunter - it’s part of my job to stay well out of targeting range of anyone and let my pets do most of the work - I generally can’t even see the scrum, let alone direct it in detail).
It’s mostly because I have the OCD level patience to inspect every single applicant to a BG to see if they meet the requirements set (generally a full set of S2 pvp gear (honor or conquest - doesn’t matter - minus a legendary), have a CR at or near the threshold set in the advertisement, and are willing and capable to play the spec we need (and that tool really needs to show some of those things).
What I need is a co-lead of some flavor.
I’d prefer a rogue or a feral druid (so that slot is always filled with someone I trust (or in this case have learned to trust).
Ideally he or she would keep the Discord group happy while I finish filling out the group and would aid in recruiting the target caller for the event (neither a BM Hunter nor a Rogue are particularly well suited for this as the Rogue may need to go do Rogue things and as mentioned, I’m rarely close enough to the scrum to be able to call things well).
I’m setting up to start streaming in late October or so and I’d like to get started with the gruops before hand to work out the kinks.
Full disclosure: I’m not the best rated player in RBGs (or Arenas for that matter). I’ve never gotten above 1600, but I see a path to it and I’d like to make a push. I’m NOT looking for a carry. Whoever agrees to do this will need to be nearish to my own stats and share my passion for doing it ourselves.
It’s possible I’ll need more than one to fill my own play schedule, so don’t be shy about this.

I’d try for making a full-on permanent team but there’s too much benefit in blowing the team up and starting over after 3 consecutive wins (yes, that’s happened with me leading) to even consider that.
