I’m playing as Thalassya, a level 86 paladin in WoW Midnight, and the NPC Lilaju isn’t appearing in the quest “Nalorakk’s Lair: Time to Awaken the Bear” in Zul’Aman. I’ve tried re-clocking, reloading, changing shards, and quitting the quest. I’ve attached an image showing me in the zone where the NPC isn’t present.
The first place you look for quests that don’t seem to be working is the comments on the quest page on Wowhead. Saves headaches!

If you are on the quest Honorin’ da Sacrifice then Lilaju will not be at the cave entrance to continue the Main Story Quest.

I completed that quest but she’s still not at the entrance. Was a different conflict . For me. “left in the Shadows”.

0 Zitruxftw 19 days ago (Patch 12.0.1)Can confirm “Instantly abandoning the Honorin quest made the npc come back and clickable”. If yuo have an auto accept quest addon, it will probably pick up Honorin quest first, before you can talk to the NPC.
So I’d try abandoning Honorin’ da Sacrifice for now, then picking it up again later.
If you don’t have that quest, check the right hand side of this page https://www.wowhead.com/quest=92492/honorin-de-sacrifice and see its followup quests. If you have one of those, try abandoning that instead.
Or else complete that chain of quests and then come back to Den of Nalorakk.
