I’m trying to find the name of this set but thus far it escapes me!
It is the Vestments of the Eternal Traveler set.

Ensemble: Vestments of the Eternal Traveler is a reward for completing the quest
The Eternal Traveler. In order to start the quest, you need to interact with the Guiding Orb, which is located on the back of the Ensorcelled Everwyrm (which is a Shadowlands Heroic/Epic Edition pre-purchase) mount. This will spawn Xolartios, whom you will be able to pick up the quest from. The quest requires you to collect 40x Echo of Mortality.
These items are random drops from any mob located within Kul Tiras or Zandalar (this also includes dungeons). Your first daily looting can reward you approximately between 5-7x Echo of Mortality, but from there-on, it is a very low drop chance. The preferred farming method is by killing Blood Trolls at the Blood Gate in Zuldazar. Personally, it took me just short of 2 hours to collect 40x in an efficient group.
Successfully obtaining the Ensemble: Vestments of the Eternal Traveler on one character will also make it usable by all other characters, thus implying that you don’t need to do the quest on every single character you’d like to use the transmog set on.
