Hello, i am sorry to bother anyone with this but this is a alt of mine. So heres what happen i log in a few days ago to quest and do some mining along the way in bfa. but for some reason the nods for the mining spots where not showing up on my mini map, i made sure to check if “find minerals” was check in which it was. so i thought it was a glitch restarted my game then my pc nothing happen…so i did something dumb and unlearn my mining skill and relearn it in hopes it would fix the issue in which it did not…but later on i found out that unchecking and re checking the "find minerals " fix the issue… but i lost all my mining skill points from the outher expansions. i did buy the book in legion to get back what i learn…but it seems i have to start over in classic, the lich king, and pandaria. is there a way i can get back the skill points i lost or do i have to start all over? and this was a honest mistake 
Honestly, your best bet is to put in a ticket. You only unlearned it because of a Blizzard glitch. Explain what you just did here, and ask them to restore your profession to what it was prior to you unlearning it. Good luck!
