Since the launch of Midnight I’ve been having issues with my cursor/mouse position desyncing. I’ll move the camera and then be unable to interact with anything after that as I believe the game still thinks my mouse is in the position of where I moved the camera, although my cursor is visible, just unable to select anything.
Tabbing in and out resets the cursor but only for a minute or two, same thing with left click+right click, but it never maintains. it seems that anytime the cursor disappears on the screen it desyncs.
This is only happening with WoW, all other games and computer functions work as intended.
I have done the following to try to fix this but nothing seems to work.
- Changed Mouse
- Updated Drivers
- Uninstalled and Installed the game
- Gone into the config/WTF/nterface/cahce files to rename, delete or add gxcursor “0” line
- Deleted or uninstalled all addons and overlays. Completely removed overwolf/curseforged
- Tried looking for hidden UI issues using /fstack
- Gone into mouse settings and lowered DPI and report rate to 125Hz
- Manipulated graphics settings Window/fullscreen/borderless
- Locking the cursor to the monitor in Game Settings
Not sure what is going on and have troubleshooted as much as I can. Any help is greatly appreciated.
