Thing is, I’ve told him that being 37 is only 16 years of being a fully grown adult.
And I would consider him still young.

I’m 34 and I feel extremely old.
In fact I just learned I got two hernias on my cervical spine.
Ultimately, while age is objective, aging is subjective. 37 may be ancient if you’re 15 but really young if you’re 75.

According to a study in the New England journal of medicine, the human brain does not reach full adulthood until age 25, and the term “geriatric” is considered 65, and by definition is “old”. I think bro needs to pick up an encyclopedia, and put down TikTok.

Middle aged is about 45-50. 35-40 is when the body slowly starts tapering off in the fitness category. 40 being when things really start to go downhill.

Middle aged is basically the 40’s. When you’re young, anything over 20’s is considered “old”. Once you become an adult you realize adulthood is a huge interval. You will spend 3/4 your life in adulthood. Maybe even 4/5th.
