I’m trying aff a bit and don’t understand the aoe rotation. I use Vile Taint to get Agony rolling on everyone, but it has a 30 second cd. Do I manually have to refresh Agony on all targets when it wears off every 18 seconds? That seems a bit off since seeds will refresh Corruption and UA is only single target.
Also, once dots are up to I just spam seeds then fill with Drain Soul?

With the new tier set bonus, there is an awkward brief period of time where Agony will expire and VT is only a few seconds off CD. Sadly, yes, we still need to manually refresh our Agony’s.
You can spec into Agonizing Corruption though, which will allow seeds to refresh Agony (but it will not apply Agony). It’s not a good talent though and not recommended into picking up.
Yep. Also make sure you cast MR just one time if you’re running Doom Blossom to enable it to trigger (this is being changed in 10.1.5 though, which releases July 11th)
Agonizing corruption does not refresh agony, although it would be nice if it did. Currently, its just a dead talent.
Ah. I was actually meaning to google that after I said it because I wasn’t sure… but I knew that it didn’t apply it.

One follow up, how do you deal with trying to save a soul shard for the next vile taint while spamming seeds?
there is a error in guides and youtubers like kalamazi when talk about 1 pre seed cast, LOL NEVER NEVER PRE SEED CAST NEVER, because u only can spam 2 seeds IN SPAM LOL, and I get OUT OF SHARDS, the best rotation oppener in AOE is, focus 1 target, haunt>unestable>vile taint IN ALL MOBS soul root> dark glare and start spam seeds, the problem is maybe y doing low dps because need a heroism and pi for that super fast seed cast bro, i know how feeling that stupid slow seed cast on that moment,
Everything you’ve said is wrong.
Why would you not pre-cast seed? You want it to explode as soon as possible to get Corruption onto all enemies.
This is completely wrong.
You cast Vile Taint first to apply Agony to all the mobs as soon as possible. Why do you think it is a good idea to delay applying Agony to everyone by two GCDs?
Also UA is higher priority than Haunt.
Seed → VT → UA → Haunt → then you can begin Seed Spam unless you have other CDs off CD like Soul Rot, Darkglare, or if you’re talented into Dread Blossom you cast MR one time.
Compare mine to yours. You’re prioritizing single target spells in AOE situations. It’s just backwards even at face value.
This is also incorrect and the fact that you’re running out of shards should clue you into the fact that your rotation is wrong.
that work for me ALOT, dude, i never cast vile taint before everything because i dont need overcap my shards regen when spam seeds, i need that shards regen with all agony from vile taint in the moment i start cast seed, 168k overall in big pulls keys
That isn’t going to happen. You should not be delaying Agony ramp up + shard generation + Vile Taint damage. Why would it even be bad if you’re capped on Shard before entering seed spam?
