I would love a glyph to make my water elemental look like the glacial tidestorm mount. Please do, blizz. It’s an awesome model. Shouldn’t let it go to waste.
I miss perma Water Elemental. 
But yeah, Glyph would be cool.
Not sure of you’re like me in this way, but I didn’t realise until just a few days ago that we can actually still use the existing water ele glyphs on icy veins to get their effect. Blew my mind! Still though. We need this one too i think.
ONLY IF you’ve killed Mythic Jaina AND have the mount though.

I’m with you on this. As far as I know the only new glyphs are on the Siren’s Isle and they are for rogues, all four of them! And yeah, as one commenter replied, we can use glyphs from the past, long time profession dedication can be handy!
But it’s not going to waste - plenty of people have it. Unless you meant waste as in someone who looted it but never uses it, in which case it probably is going to waste in some players’ collections.
I know. I have it too. In this case, “going to waste,” just means that it’s only being used for one thing. It would be amazing to see it pop out during cooldown times.
