Because of its random-target nature
In PVP , most of its damage is split between the pet or minion(e.g. DK/hunter/warlocks), becoming null damage
This has resulted in Templars being almost -completely- unusable in PVP
It’s a design bug.
I think it should be changed to only work on the main-target
(well . Even ignoring for a moment the fact that Templars themselves have extremely low damage in PVP)
