Just a small point of order. Game Masters don’t post on the forums. The “blues” you may see are primarily Community Management (i.e Kaivax), Devs, Moderators, Tech Support Agents, or Support Forum Agents, like myself.
We work with Game Masters and have access to many of the same tools, but we don’t address tickets directly. Our primary job is monitoring this forum and several social media contact points to provide direction and advice on support-related issues.
Looks like the other thread is going to keep going but I’ll lock this one up. Thanks, all!
