Need before greed in LFR

Really needs some changes. There is a lot of ninja looting via need with enchanters, and even had people need on gear just for appearance. This is literally taking gear from people who actually need the gear. There needs to be a system in place that does not let you roll NEED if your current item’s ilvl is higher than the item that is dropped and only allow you to roll greed.

Shhh. You’ll incur the wrath of transmog fans that feel they have just as much right to the loot as you do, simply because they want to look better.

Despite you actually needing it to, you know, gear up.

I’d suggest learning what ninja looting actually is, because rolling on stuff they’re allowed to roll on and winning that role isn’t ninja looting.

Different people have different needs. Enchanting needs mats. Transmog lasts forever.

No there shouldn’t. Secondary stats are a thing and sometimes that lower ilevel is better due to secondaries or how trinkets work, etc.

Yea i did lfr got 0 loot. Last boss one guy was being super rude to people and that guy won 2 of the hand tokens.

This is the only issue I have, because that’s not supposed to be happening. When you win the roll on one, you don’t get the other. Something is bugged and seriously needs fixed.

No that is ninja looting you don’t need the item for gearing reasons. Both of your points are bs reasons for rolling need in LFR over people who are actually doing it for gear to actually wear the items.
Your second point is actually beyond bs. Your primary stat will always have higher value over secondary stats, and those secondary stats will not make or break you downgrading to lower ilvl.

I need enchanting materials, too, bud. Purple gems don’t grow on trees, you know.

You have the gear already you have the option to push into m+ there ya go.

Free purple gem machine go brrrrr

Yes, that’s right. Mog is relevant forever whereas ilev is temporary.

No. It isn’t.

There are other reasons for this stuff other than gearing up. That’s how pugs work. Don’t pug, make your own rules for your own groups. Otherwise, you don’t get to complain as to why people want that piece of gear.

People can do whatever they want with the loot the game allows them to roll on. Deal with it.

Good to know you’re incapable of a conversation without acting like a child. Again.

You’re wrong on so many levels it’s not even funny.

If you can’t handle pugs, then don’t pug. Go be entitled in your own groups.

same could be said of the people in LFR that are concerned about gear, no?

And no, that isnt ninja looting.
Ninja looting would be if i invited you to a group and had established loot rules and then proceeded to disregard those rules and give out gear to myself or others.

In regard to the tier pieces, yes i agree. That shouldnt be happening where someone is winning multiples of those

Unfortunately, this is one of many byproducts of realms no longer being their own communities. While I do on occasion give out gear I dont need to others, sometimes i choose to “be a jerk” because I want enchanting materials and the transmog.

This has to be bugged, since there’s a rule where you’re not allowed to win more than one of the same piece. And that needs fixed.

My mog trumps your ilvl needs. Boo to the ya!

Then let people get their ilevel first, and get your mog later.

It’s forever, after all.

But mog is forever, isn’t it? Why do you need to prevent people levelling up to get it?

Get it later.

All of your points are wrong so no I won’t “deal with it” Also it’s not being entitled when LFR was initially and still is designed as a way to help people actually gear up. It isn’t being “entitled” that gear should go to people who actually need it.

and no I am not wrong on any levels that downgrading from a 384 or in last couple cases 405 to a 376 is justified for secondary stats(which was not done for “stats”)

Also love that you call someone a child just because they don’t agree with your nonsense responses.

Except they aren’t. As others have even told you.

You’re wrong about the definition of ninja looting, you’re wrong about how stats work and you’re wrong about what people can and cannot do.

LFR was designed to allow casuals to see the content. There is no rule thst says people can only use it to gear up. So wrong again.

I didn’t call you a child. I said you were acting childish, because you immediately went toxic by calling my comments “bs” just because you didn’t like them. If you can’t be a mature adult, then expect to get called on it.

That’s all you’ve done in your tirade is spout nonsense. Nearly everyone here told you that.

You’re wrong. Deal with it. And good riddance to you.
