I just flew/rode to dalaran and the NPC to turn “Contact from Dalaran” isnt here.

Also if I’m not mistaken, the attunement requirements have been removed but players who have not completed the quest chain need someone with the key to let them in.
If this is true, then it’s still an inconvenience.
Reading these forums, it’s clear that there are a multitude of NPCs throughout the entire game right now that are just not spawning correctly.
It’s frustrating to say the least.
Blizz, please return the quest NPC so we can continue quest & get our Kara key…
and a ton of rep
