If you’re on Moonguard I think all you need is a /spit macro for wPVP.
I do worry about them. Did the entire server get food poisoning? Are they always on the verge of throwing up?

there is a guide bring MORE numbers and WIN in warmode.
If you do not have numbers you don’t belong in warmode, if you try to bring instanced pvp mentality in WPVP you are heading towards a FAILURE.
Engineering is EPIC for warmode.
For balanced PVP queue for instanced PVP.

Work on that ilvl a bit Raven. Do the Warfront boss every time he’s up, and try to run at least one M+7 per week to get an ilvl 400 piece from the weekly chest.
Get Light’s Decree on every piece of Azerite Gear you have.
Get Empyrean Power on one piece - possibly more.
Lawbringer is good if you’re running solo a lot. If you’re with a group or at least one other person though, I’d recommend Righteous Retribution or Divine Punisher instead.
I’m running Execution Sentence and Hammer of Wrath now, seems to help with burst and going after mobile targets.
Also running Jurisdiction for this reason.
Hammer of Reckoning is good for arenas but not sure if it’s all that great in WPvP. I’ve been running it for a bit and don’t find it particularly useful when I’m already running Hammer of Wrath and Righteous Retribution. I get a lot of uptime on Wings already between Righteous Retribution and Light’s Decree and end up unable to throw the hammer from Hammer of Reckoning when I need to. Will probably drop this for Divine Punisher.
There are some good videos on YouTube that discuss which are the better azerite traits right now.
If you happen to have a Paladin on Alliance-side Emerald Dream HMU.
You don’t want to stack LD ever since the 30% nerf. 1 x LD for the extra wing duration is essential though. Better off stacking 3 x Avenger’s Might, 1 x LD, 1 X EP, then any other misc trait is ideal.
Lawbringer + Indomitable Justice trait helps tremendously against kiting classes. I also like Hammer of Reckoning and Law & Order.

Good to know! It’s hard keeping track of all the nerfs to ret paladins lol.
I recall the mastery buff to Avenger’s Might also being nerfed in PvP, have not tried it since then.
It was back in December when they nerfed a lot of classes, traits, specs. Agreed, it’s very hard to keep track with constant hotfixes.
-25% on execution sentence and wake of ashes
-50% on avengers might total mastery.(stealth)
-40% on word of glory (was 20%)
The following Azerite Traits are reduced to 50% effectiveness when engaged in combat with enemy players:
Paladin - Avenger’s Might, Light’s Decree, Righteous Conviction

Umm… excuse me sir, you are a paladin. You have everything you need already to be a god in wpvp.

Not true at all, especially if you are a rogue. You just need to be smart and try not to take on too many people at a time. If you do that, you can destroy all on your own.

Get that item level up as Nearo said.
Get with other paladins and go over builds, enchants, azerite, etc.
Lots of good vatos playing Paladin: Nomak, Nearo, Percival, Heretic and others. Hit them up for advice.
My favorite: Go out on your own and start fights in the open world. You may get swarmed every now and then, just rez and hunt elsewhere. The experience from 1v1 is firme, and you never know who you will find.
