What are some good enchants for hunter and Warlock? I’m trying to get back to 30 asap. Died to stealth mobs at 30 not knowing health potion put a CD on target dummy. =(

Health pots don’t put a CD on target dummies.
IMO the best leveling chants are 5 stam to boots & bracer then 5 agi to gloves if the char can use it. Chest 50 HP and cloak 3agi. If you hit with a 2h weapon then Impact (+5 dmg and glow) is good. All these are budget, just get them all then tip the chanter 1 or 2 gold and you’re good.
For lock you can do 3 int on staff. Nothing helps hunter really that’s cheap for weapon (15 or 25 agi are expensive). Just get the appropriate level scope for the ranged weapon from an eng. I usually just put lesser beastslayer on hunter 2h weapon because it’s cheap, glows, and helps to smack beasts.
Just roll Paladin and not worry about all that stuff, we are invincible.

This is going to sound really kindergarten, but I buy the vendor armor in the starting zones and it makes a big difference for surviving and not having to eat all the time in the first 5 levels. Then I buy the level 5 vendor armor and put medium armor kit on the chest, legs, hands, feet. I do this a lot LOL.
You might be right - I think it was my healthstone as i popped both.

On a hunter? You get flare at 30.
Also, healthstone and healing pots do not share a cooldown.
There are essentially two different cooldowns a potion cooldown and a useable item cd.
The 2nd one is a bit more obtuse but things like Demonic Runes, Heathstones, Mana Gems, Training Dummies, etc share this cd. This is also a 2 minute cd just like potions.
Minor speeds to boots is a must have for any class in Hardcore.
