Revolving Blades is our strongest AoE trait. Thirsting Blades is our strongest single-target. Furious Gaze is strong in both, and a good general option. Note that the first trait of Eyes of Rage, Revolving Blades, and Thirsting Blades are uncommonly strong in their relevant content due to their (non-stacking) secondary utility.
For M+, I generally aim for 1 Thirsting and the rest Revolving or Furious, with maybe an Eyes of Rage thrown in if it’s convenient. For raids, 3x Thirsting 3x Furious, with one of the Furious swapped for Revolving if there’s cleave. If I want a gear set that’ll handle anything I throw at it, 3x Furious, 1x Thirsting, 1x Revolving, and whatever I feel like for the last slot.
