All my gear is 635 or above but I need a intellect ring. Mine is still from s season 1 anyone know what content I can farm to get a ring. For my elemental shaman ilvl630

Do delves T8s , its not 100% that ring will drop but it can drop
lv 80 rings dont have main stats on them just a ton more secondary stats so no int rings

Depending on what you’ve crafted, you could get one in the 670s using a spark of fortune&gilded enchanted crest. Otherwise, your best bet would be to put a dungeon on farm which has a favorable ring drop, while setting loot spec to whichever gives you the fewest eligible items that you do not need. That’s not necessarily easy on elemental shaman, if you are comfortable healing you’d be able to get far more groups. The siren isle ring at max level is ~champion level as I understand it, provided it isn’t the other ring you have equipped you could farm out the upgrades off of rares there. As a last resort, you could buy a conquest ring or a delve ring (champion or veteran track respectively) though I don’t know that those will have your preferred stat spreads.
As an aside, no jewelry has main stat and are available to drop on every character in the game. It’s only stamina and two secondaries (or the occasional cantrip effect like the end boss rings the past two raids).
