Need A Naxx Add Skip For KT and Gothik

So with the new Naxx and Scholomance stuff added (and having ran Naxx on 16 character so far for ancient plans), it made me realize how desperately we need a Add Skip for KT and Gothik.

For those who do not you, each phase has an unskippable add phase that lasts for 4ish mins.

A skip doesn’t need to be complicated, maybe we just need to emote /taunt or /chicken to skip the add phase.

Oh the joy I would get out of /chicken’ing Gothik into coming down from his little perch early!
