My renown is stuck at 16. I have been doing massive amount of content. I cleared castle nathria normal, did all 3 of my callings, and did a M0 world tour - still no renown. I’ve checked to make sure my campaign quests are all caught up, I’ve finish all my threads of fate bonus objectives, and I’ve done my weekly quests for renown. Still. Stuck.

Renown drops are random so you just gotta keep trying to get more. My current main is also stuck at 16, but there are ways to get it, and you just have to keep plodding along until you get them. Out of curiosity, have you killed the world boss in Bastion yet this week?
I’ve literally at this point gone 10/10N, did a 7//10H, and done 8 mythic dungeons, multiple heroics, and even 5 keys. There is no way anyone can do that much content and not get one extra renown. I killed the world boss. I still need someone to fix this, please!!! This is the character stuck at renown 16.

The only way to reach a GM is through a ticket. Posting on the forum doesn’t reach a GM, and posting in Bug Reports goes to no one other than QA, whose only job is to forward valid bug reports to be fixed by the developers.
I know a guy who knows a guy who tweeted at CS at it got fixed
Still bugged.
The people who handle the Twitter CS page are Forum Support Agents. They are not GMs. They are not Developers. They can only offer information on current issues that are public, information on how to use the ticket system, etc. They can not fix bugs.
Reporting a bug needs to be done here on the Bug Report forum where the QA team can see it, document it, research it, replicate it, and pass it on to the Devs to fix in a patch.
Yah well, I’ve reported a bug making content literally unplayable on the character I’m trying to make my main and have gotten zero acknowledgement of the bug even existing.

it’s not a matter of it being random at this point, i’ve started calling and had them list renown as a reward, but when i finish them they only give me a cache
same ploblem here, i got stuck at renown 19 and still cant get 1 more to finally get to 21
