During Necrotic Wake M+ Surgical Stichflesh encounter, the new AFFIX Xal’atath’s Bargain when you go to hook Surgical Stichflesh with Stichflesh’s Creation it hooks one of the AFFIX orbs resulting in failed attempt. This is more so a very big issue in higher keys. Needs fix/workaround so that this doesn’t happen based on poor RNG of the AFFIX spawning location
Necrotic wake is a pug hell. Stitchfest especially needs to be playable without the spears to cheese him. He is straight up impossible without spears.
