Hi, I’m posting here as advised by support after submitting a ticket.
On the same day the event NPC despawned, I had farmed around 400 Necrotic Runes. When I returned to the city, in the heat of the moment and thinking the event was over, I deleted the runes — not realizing at the time that it was actually due to a bug with the NPC despawning.
After realizing what happened, I tried using the Item Restoration tool, but the Necrotic Runes did not appear in the list of restorable items. I then opened a support ticket, and they told me to report the issue here so the development team can take a look.
It seems like these runes should still be recoverable since the event and related NPCs were bugged when I deleted them. Could you please check if there’s any way to have the Necrotic Runes restored or if this issue can be addressed for others who experienced the same thing in Classic Anniversary?
