It seems the decimating bolt conduit is bugged.
I checked that it is not a tooltip error. You actually nerf yourself if you upgrade that conduit to ilvl 213.

Again, I tested it. The ability actually does reduced damage compared to before. This is ridiculous.
Please fix.

My response:
It’s not the covenant ability itself that’s bugged, it’s the conduit amplifying its damage that is.
The conduit “Fatal Decimation” increases the damage done by DB by 70% at an item level of 200.
I upgraded that conduit at that day to item level 213. Now the conduit increases the damage done of CB by 15%. That’s NOT RIGHT. How can me upgrading the itemlvl of a conduit result in it being WORSE THAN BEFORE?
