my necrolord sanctum has changed, no anima repository, no vendors, no guy to turn in collected souls to. no daily quest givers.
You probably just completed the “An Army of Bone and Steel” step of the 9.1 campaign and you haven’t finished the Necrolord addendum to it (Filling an Empty Throne). You have to complete these last two steps in the campaign and then leave the sanctum and return to restore the Seat of the Primus to normal.
