The Priest Discord identified that the new soulbind capstone for Merileth (Kevin) is triggering on the initial healing portion of Unholy Nova instead of the damage, so if you’re standing at range and no allies are near the target to get the heal he won’t proc.

Of course its bugged, I barely got to see the difference with Pallid last night, He did not spawn during one of my UN casts either.
Not sure you would see much diff tough. The shield is so low. its like 200
No i meant the 6% debuff wasn’t applying when he spawned sometimes
Well its Kevin. All Kevin content they release was bugged at least once so at this point no surprise XD
