What are the numbers looking like for necrolord havoc DH come 9.0.5 In a pve environment? Raid mythic plus? I’m assuming it wouldn’t be too great for pvp right?
it comes down to the PPM of the new fodder. if it is 1-2 like I guess it is. it’s still pretty meh. if they move it up into the 3-4 range it then gets worth looking into

As far as #'s go (about 1.5 PPM with rework) it will be about even with the others, or slightly behind. It’s the RNG of it that will still cause it to suck and not be worth the pick.
