i purchased build a buddy sanctum and waiting the hour. after it completed it gave me a quest to go activate the abomination factory. once activated it had me turn in the quest to miggsie. then nothing to follow up. Other players are saying there should be a new pop up quest to start building however i have no quests available in the abomination factory.

Same issue. I’ve heard people say get to Renown 6 but that didn’t unlock anything for me either. What’s worse is Emeni seems to be gated behind it.
EDIT: Once you unlock the table, it opens a quest marker which shows on your map called “Find The Way” located in the House of Constructs. You need to do that to proceed. Blizzard does a poor job of telling you this.

only quest i see available is one called skin in the game top left of maldraxxus. im going to see if this is what im suppose to be doing. if so yeah blizz should make the quest available at the abomination factory to go to the correct location for the quest.
