I can not add gem settings to this neck, using any quality of the tiered medallion setting item. Really disappointing to receive something as a reward that is completely, absolutely useless.
This is the 2nd time this has happened to me now. The first one was a neck out of the black temple timewalking weekly reward. Both times now I would have had a significant upgrade if the items were working properly.
I assume that this is not the way things are intended to work, hope it gets fixed so folks have more options for neck slot, and don’t feel cheated when they get an item that they can’t use.
