I was apart of the group that dealt with the bugged voidcores at reset last week and upon this weeks reset the forge in Silvermoon says 1/2 for seasonal voidcores yet my currency tab says 4/2.
No way to submit a ticket about this as the website for submitting a ticket has an empty dropdown box or a selection pop up. Same with in game and using the blizzard app. I reached out to BlizzardCS on twitter and was told to submit a post to the bug report forums so here I am. I see others have done so as well and there is no Blue response or even a mention of it on their “Known Bugs” thread.
well so far only two tickets have been answered one being said tough luck another being an ai post telling me to go get it from the vault when i never mention the vault in the ticket
Anyone else gotten anything more than a AI / Copy+Paste level response? Waited 2 days for a ticket. Gave a screenshot, lots of info, stated I already posted on the bug forums and I got told “sorry we can’t help with that but try resetting your user interface and delete your wtf folder” and still radio silence on the known bug master thread. It is already almost the end of the week and still have gotten zero info or replies.
Quest is bugged for me, too. I did the quest, the bonus roll worked for me but the quest wouldn’t complete. I put in a ticket and the GM told they’re not equipped to fix it and to file a bug report. Shrug.
