I used both voidcores in heroic dreamrift on 4/21 hours after the server came up. I used my voidcores and won the belt. Go figure…. which is truly not what I am upset about.
I was in a group with 2 of my friends who also used their voidcores and both won the alnseer trinket, but both of my friends received their voidcore refunds yesterday 4/25 but for some reason I still have not received mine?
I have seen other users state the development team said everyone eligible for a refund has been given their voidcores back. How was i not eligible???
No one here can answer that. Pretty sure even the GMs won’t be able to answer that.
I think thats what is driving me insane. Where is the support? All anyone seems to get is “ We don’t have an answer for that”.

I’m guessing the devs did some sort of convoluted coding for a way to track who gets them back through their data and didn’t want the GMs digging into it to keep people from demanding cores who weren’t eligible at all. If the GMs don’t have the info or means, then it’s out of their hands to focus on the crashes and login problems, I guess.
I dunno. But knowing how they’ve separated devs from GMs now and tied their hands so that they can’t help like they did a decade ago… that would be my guess.
I get the frustration, though. I’ve gone past frustration with things and now I’m just like…

This happened to me too. I used my two cores immediately on Tuesday, well before the hotfix, as confirmed by my own logs and corroborated by the timing on Radierio. I then used Tokens of Merit to purchase and use additional cores. No cores have been refunded to my character. Support claims they cannot assist or escalate. I filed a bug report hoping it might reach someone who can acknowledge the issue and fix their automation.
Edited to add, this is on top of the thousands of us that are trying to gear this season -80 myth crests because of the crafting order bug. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Good, you don’t deserve extra chances just because you rolled during a bug.
I used 5 cores just minutes after the server came back - I never got 5 extra cores. GMs can you please give me my 5 cores?
By that logic then nobody else should have gotten their cores refunded either.
maybe they wrote smarter refund logic such that only people who got dupes were refunded

i used two cores on Tuesday and didnt get a refund. If they said sorry we messed up now its fixed, sorry for all the ones affected by this problem and closed it down. It will be more acceptable them promisse everybody a refund and just refund half of the people affected

I also used 3 cores on reset day before the hotfix and did not get refunded. So I submitted a ticket and just now, I got a reply saying they don’t have the power to refund me because “it has already been fixed” So we’re just turbo screwed

Similar situation here. My guild killed Mythic Beloren (first kill) before the cutoff time. Most of us bonus rolled it. But 2 of us did not get refunded and the rest of the players got their 2 Voidcore refunds.
Whether or not the loot you received was a dupe shouldn’t matter because this was our first kill so no one in the raid had any of the loot to begin with. Whatever method they used to determine eligibility is flawed/broken.

Well this is needlessly antagonistic for no apparent reason.
Would be nice to hear something about this, as it seems to have affected multiple people. Either they were not transparent enough about the criteria of the refunds, or something messed up.
Still waiting for mine, as I used them before the cutoff time that they posted.

I dont beleive I saw any criteria other than “everyone who spent their voidcores”.

Anyone here, gotten their voidcores yet? CS as expected returned a blanket AI response, but clearly stating that this was a developer fix so only them would be able to look into the issue. I created the ticket anyhow to try and get a dev to look into it 
Good luck with that. I do actually hope for the best, but considering how they’ve gutted GMs and left dozens of bugs unresolved, I am pretty sure they’ve closed the open ticket for this issue and the dojo has moved on.
Just dropping in to say i didnt get the one refunded that I spent Tuesday before reading about the bug. Disappointing.
The customer “support” is obviously any but. So now anyone that uses their cores from this weeks reset and get the same item they received last week are a week behind other players that got the refund and extra rolls.
